Food Contamination from Rojak Geylang Serai
With 2 dead, and more than 100 customers suffering from food poisoning, the recent food contamination at the Geylang Serai Temporary Market has to be the biggest since, the Prima Deli incident.
Dinner at Honji
The people in the project got promoted. I’m not sure is it a culture or what, buy those that were promoted, chipped in money and treated us for dinner at Honji Japanese Restaurant.
Ikoi
Hey ho!
in celebration for the hardwork we put into the roadshow, as promised, Lauranne brought us for dinner.
It’s Ikoi Japanese Restaurant at Hotel Miramar.
She told us that the reservations has to be made at least a month in advance. Pretty hard to believe, plus she got the booking with the afternoon, despite it’s a counter seat. Oh well, just listen and eat.
Bacardi 151
Was only able to finish up the setup in HQ by 2200 hrs.
Met the guys at Clarke Quay, dressed up in the Accenture tee, felt so out of place when I was there.
Had a quick dinner/supper at Liang Court’s MacDonald’s. A set meal of Fillet O’ Fish Meal dinner do much to fill my empty stomach.
Setup With Anger
A lizard just crawled over my hand while I opened my gates. It felt cold, and soft!
My day passed pretty fast. Had a great lunch at Arnold’s. They sell fried chicken just like KFC, just that it tastes better! I think it isn’t as salty as KFC’s original recipe flavour chicken. The coleslaw tastes fresher. Sometimes those from KFC tastes bitter, feels like it has been in the fridge for so long. Just be careful, the chicken is HOT!
The rest of the day was spent packing things up, loading and unloading stuff to SCDF 3rd Division. It’s at Yishun.
