A Bad Apple Store Experience
Apple sent out an SMS on Tueday morning informing that I’ll receive my Macbook Pro on the day itself. I waited for the whole day but the parcel didn’t arrive. When I got home, I checked the details of my delivery through TNT’s website. It turned out that TNT had already deliver the product to someone known as Ms Lai.
